Allrighty then, get out the big girl panties, because that's a decent rate of loss.

Each of the surgeries has a different rate of initial weight loss.  Even though you thought about it during the research part, the reality of it is a bit tougher-but too bad it is what it is.  Commit to your choice and don't second guess.

And congratulations on the 11 pounds gone!

You also are giving your skin time to catch. It will come off!! It will. And remember this 25 and all you lost before the surgery are gone forever!!! Chin up girlfriend!!! We love you!!   Sherry

umm I think you look great and stuff..... so you're not in any race to be the skinny new you....you'e already the new you that is striving to be a bit skinnier.  Maybe you're just stalling....lay off the fats and the carbs.  I eat very small amounts of soups, a bit o salad, eggs, and i simply can't stop the loss but at this point, I'm gonna start stcking my portions of protien just to start getting muscle back.

i think you look awesome and more importantly, you seem happy and healthy.  So just know when these things get you down, you've got us and the power of greenbeans to get you skinny again...

Big love....

Amy, your body has changed more than 25 pounds.  And, you are losing very well.  I am 3 months out and down 30 post-op.  You probably did stall for a week or two (maybe longer) when you started mushies.  You WILL lose the weight.  It is not going to happen as fast as any of us want but it will happen.  Stay the course.  Do what you are supposed to do.  It will happen!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Amy, I am sorry you are upset. I know where you are coming from. I hit a stall the second week of mushies and lost nothing for almost 4 weeks. Talk about getting depressed. Hold you head up girl because I can see you melting away. I'm sorry I didn't see you this morning at WW. You will be fine, and believe me you may not think so now but not weighing was the smartest thing you could have done because you obviously missed the stall on the scale while it was happening. Hang in there and keep doing what you are doing.  Big hugs

It's not about the pounds but how you look and feel,   DH was lurking last night and commented on how much "different" (insert smaller) you and Kim looked in your new avatars.  And trust me -he is a harsh critic.  Chin up and and keep up the good work.
