I'm cutting back on snacks today!

B:  yogurt and almonds
L:  1/3 cup BBQ pork
D:  chicken fajita meat 1/3 cup probably
S:  40 cal SF fudgsicle

Liquid 34 oz (water and protien hot chocolate)

Edited:  I think the time frame between lunch and dinner is too long and I get hungry and end up having to have a cheese stick or something.  Today I had light baby bell cheese.

L- 1 can Campbell's Vegetable Soup
S- 5 Roasted Vegetable Ritz Crackers with Cheese spread
D- We're going to Chili's... I'm sure I'm having Chicken Fajita's ... my usual

Liquids so far... 72 oz water

7 more bedrested weeks... lord help me.  He's taking me in the wheelchair to Chili's tonight so I can see the light of day.  Sometimes husband's can be really sweet.

Bless you heart.  That's a long time for bedresting.  I would imagine you're a bit sitr crazy.  I most certainly would be.  I always look forward to your posts and encouragement.  Do you know if you are having a girl or boy?  I know about husbands.  I have a really sweet one too.  I've had him around for 36 years now and wouldn't trade him for the world.  He has been my biggest fan and encourager through this whole process.  I would be lost without him and you guys on OH!!!  Take care and I sure hope the next 7 weeks go by quickly for you!!!

B - Proti Soy snack (from Weightwise marketplace)

L - 1/2 cup Wendy's Chili w/a few pieces of turkey sausage mixed in

D - Baked Tequila/Lime Chicken wings (usually eat 3 drummetts)

Had my usual 16 oz cup of regular coffee with creamer and Equal.

Water: 32 oz down so far.

Breakfast - 2 cheesesticks as I flew out the door (barely made it to school on time ...I overslept)
9:30 snack - 1 small vending machine bag of Oberto beef jerky (dear lord is that stuff dry or what?)
Lunch - a small Italian sub from Bill and Ruth's sub shop made as a wrap on wheat wrap...yummy
afternoon snack - 1 2 oz bag of 100 calorie Cheese-Its
Dinner - thinking about making a chicken breast with cheesy broccoli and cauliflower on the side

water intake - 2 16.9 oz bottles of Dasani so far and 2 32oz glasses of SF Kool-Aid (drinking the second one now)

B: the other half of the burger from last night, on 1/2 piece of low carb flat bread, with a wedge of laughing cow french onion schmeared on the flatbread
12 oz iced tea
L: 5 chips with queso, the toppings off of 2 beef fajita nachos with beans, and a lone french fry off of my son's plate that was sitting there...staring at me, all crispy and crunchy, just begging me to put him out of his misery by dunkin him in the queso..really..he was so persistent (the fry, not my boy hee hee)
S: ugh, don't even wanna think about eating a snack right now..maybe a s/f snow cone with the kiddos after naptime.  Although, we DO need to go to Sam's..can you say GRAZING thru sampleworld?  lol
D: I think I am going to have to put the parka on and venture into the back of the freezer to see what is hiding back there..maybe I can find the makings of some shrimp creole..yeah, that's what I wanna make...creole..mmm

Hello all!  I miss you while I am at school (can't log onto personal sites from the school network)!

B- 16 oz coffee with creamer, 2 light string cheese (not enough breakfast to get through to lunch- was STARVING!)

L- 1/2 hamburger pattie with 2 mushrooms

S- 1 oz nuts

D- maybe tilapia, maybe Wendy's chili if I get too lazy to cook

I have had 51 oz so far today.  Gotta go drink some more!

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)
