I have a date!

After what seems like one million doctor's appointments, I have finally gotten all of my clearances!!! My date is September 10th and I couldn't be more happy or excited!!!! I thought that I would be scared or nervous but when we scheduled the date all I felt was this peaceful calm. It's been a rollercoaster of ride to get to this point and I can't wait to start my journey on the other side!

Please cross your fingers and say a little prayer that life is smooth sailing over the next 3 weeks and this surgery goes off without a hitch!

This website and message board has been an inspiration to me as well as fountain of knowledge. You guys have answered questions that I didn't even know I had!

Congratulations! You're about to have the ride of your life. I was like you...I had a peace and calm about the entire thing after I realized it was actually going to happen. I will pray for you that all goes well....You know we'll be making room for you too on the "looser's" bench!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Congratulations, Janeen! It is a big day when you schedule the big day! You will be so happy once you arrive on the Loser's Bench. Well, ok, maybe happy after the liquid stage!

I know what you mean about the appointments. There were a million of them! I got sick of it but it was all part of the process and I'm glad I had to do it all now that it's over.

Please keep posting and asking quesitons if you have any. This is your time so enjoy it!
