my dream

Okay, so I read debtfree's post about the scale. It reminded me of the dream I had the night before I was to see Dr. Walton for the first time.
Apparently, I have extreme scale-anxiety issues! In my dream, I was following a gal down the hall and to the right, then into a room with a scale on the wall (eerily similar to what I experienced the next day).
Well, in my dream, I bravely stepped on the scale, and a breathy sound emitted from the wall and a DEEP voice said, "One at a time, please."
I am NOT kidding! I woke up in the worst menopausal night sweat yet! The next morning, I almost cancelled the appointment.
I didn't, of course, but I was sure trying to listen to what was going on in that weighing-in room, as I was sitting on the bench in the hallway!
So, debtfree, if your scale experience is worse than that, I'll be surprised.
Stay the course, woman! ;)
Blessings,
Mary

That is so funny!  And definitely qualifies as a nightmare!!!

Maybe one day we'll all be so skinny that we'll hop on the scales at every opportunity!  (one can dream!)

Even though I had the dream, I was going for humor in posting it. After I posted I thought, "I sure hope these Okie girls get that I was trying to be funny." Phew! I'm relieved. (seriously)
I know you're going to do fine, when you get on the scale. You KNOW you've lost weight; the amount is not as important. Easy for me to say, I know.
Please post the result tomorrow.
Blessings,
Mary

You are TOO funny, Mary!  You made the right choice with Weight Wise.  They would never belittle you for what you weigh!  If we were all thin they wouldn't have jobs!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)
