Surgical Associates

Does anyone know if Surg. Assoc will approve you to attend a support meeting in another location? That is the only thing I am still needing to do and I was hoping to go last night but wasn't able to because of things I had to do for the kids school. The one scheduled for next month is on the same day I am flying to Washington with DH for some work related conferences. I really hate to have to wait until October to get the support meeting in.........any suggestions?
