Yes, I remember the stalls. I still have them from time to time. It's just part of it. It all adds up though and before you know it you'll be there! Don't look at it as a stall....it's a body adjustment!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Nope, I don't remember. Why you ask? Because I am not weighing until FRIDAY and it is killing me!!!!!!!!!! I haven't weighed since 2 weeks out!

Think of it as giving your skin time to tighten and adjust! Ok, I know that doesn't help but it's the only positive thing I can think of about stalls! Your only option is to hang in there, keep following the right food plan and it will come off!

It's reeeeeeaaaaalllly frustrating. But that, too, passes. And the skin shrinking -- that freaks me out. One day I'll be sagging all over the place and think -- oh no, that's what it's going to look like, and then a day or two later it's tightened back up. Freaky!!!!

Stalls are incredibly frustrating!!!! You will lose again- promise! Your body is freaked out right now and has to pause and think for a bit.

I have maintained for one year at this point. I am steady at -120 pounds. =)

I never weighed unless at support group or the doctor's office... That way I wouldn't know there was a stall at 3 weeks out. Probably for the best cuz I would have ended up with broken windows otherwise. Dr Warnock made us promise not to weigh unless in his presence (or at another doctor) and I always felt as though he'd know I did it if I didn't abide by that rule.
