What are you eating today?
B: cup o coffee w/nondairy creamer, 3 slices of apple w/peanut butter
L: 3 bites grilled teriaky(sp) chicken, two bites of brocolli
20 oz crystal light peach tea
D: one fillet fish topped with a shrimp and cheese sauce with two bites brocolli/cauliflower
20 oz tea
I know not to good on the liquids but hey it is 6:08 pm and I will probably hit the sack around 10 pm so I have another 4 hours to get in at least 40 ozs more.
by the way I love this accountability thing besides it gives me some ideas on different things to eat. thanks amy for posting
B - 1 cheese stick and a tiny bag of Low Fat Cheese-Its (the 100 calorie ones)
S - Jack Link's beef jerkey stick
L- 1/2 of one of those Garlic and Herb Starkist tuna pouches with some sweet relish and light mayo added
D - Mongolian stir fry beef with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers, crushed red pepper, and fresh garlic.
evening snack - probably going to have some cottage cheese or a chocolate Jello cup

B: two string cheese sticks (cheddar/mozzarella)
L: one egg - scrambled w/ ham, cheese, teaspoon of ricotta (to make the egg go easier) and leftover sauteed mushrooms. Kinda like a messed up omelet. By the time I got it made I had too much - duh - and couldn't fini**** - but it was good.
D: Johnnies #3 Chili Cheese Burger. I wanted it SO bad, so I got it. I managed to eat most of the cheese, almost 1/2 the chili, less than 1/4 of the hamburger patty and none of the bread... and then I was SO pissed off that I couldn't eat the rest. I tell ya' - I may need to go back and see Dr. K alone if I can't get my head straight about how much I can/should/need to eat. I'm not overeating (duh, again - absolutely no room if I don't wa**** down, which I'm avoiding) but I sure do want to overeat... just because I WANT that food....UGGGHHH... maybe it will be better tomorrow.
Fluids: got in roughly 150 ounces of Crystal Light (50 ounces water + 1 Lemonade + 1 Fruit Punch + 1 Strawberry Energy - yum...) I wonder if I went on liquids only for a day or two if I would be more appreciative of what I do get to eat instead of wanting to eat the "Hungry Man" portions ??? It's a thought...
