It's a type of squash.  It's big and yellow.  You cut it in half and seed it, bake it for an hour.  When it's done you shred it with a fork crosswise and it comes out looking like spaghetti.  So, it's really squash, but it looks like spaghetti.  Sorry substitute, but okay.  It's good with pasta sauce on it, too.

Well, let me clarify the snack thing.  I don't always eat the snack but in my mind I plan in advance that IF I am hungry that is what I will have.  I don't want to be unprepared and be tempted to eat something bad so I want to plan a protien snack in case I am hungry.

I have been hungry a few hours after a meal often and I think it is because I still can't eat very much at one sitting.  If I could eat a little more like 1/2 cup I think it would stay with me longer.  I get weak and empty feeling in the afternoon.  Now, the 40 cal fudgesicle, well that is purely a want.  When the family gets a snack in the evening that is what I get so that I don't feel left out.  Maybe that is wrong but it is working for me right now.

Yeah Yeah - don't flame me either - trust me gang - I am at LEAST cognizant I have an issue!!

S-1 (very small) beef jerky stick

L-1/2 c scrambled eggs & 3 pcs bacon (don't ask why lunch is breakfast and vice-versa - its called 9:30 am lunch time gang!!)

S-yeah - 2-3 cups of popcorn

48 oz crystal light energy

D-probably talapia & broccoli again.....maybe

Flame away - it IS better - trust me!!!  The popcorn was to try to stay awake during the LONG period of training in the afternoons!!!  I regret it every time because I know I should be putting something better in my mouth.....(leave it alone diva sistas!)

Hey, no flamethrowers folks!  We are all works in proress!

B- 2/3 protein bar

L- last of the taco leftovers- 1 taco guts with some refried beans

D- 1 1/2 ribs (at least that is what I usually can eat)

S- maybe some cheese later when I come in from mowing the yard.

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I am definitely one who should get flames thrown at them daily cuz I always have snacks, but oh well... I'm eating for 2 so that's my story and I'm sticking to it... LOL.

B- 1 packet Cinnamon Weight Control Oatmeal

L- Sausage and Cheese Kolache
D- 3 oz Meatloaf and 1/2 cup smashed potatoes (no gravy)

B: 3 oz salmon with 1/4 cup cottage cheese
32 oz decaf iced tea
16 oz Monster low carb energy drink
L: 4 oz chicken breast with hot sauce, 2 TBSP broccoli salad made with low fat mayo and splenda
32 oz decaf tea
S: 1 oz beef jerky
D: 3 oz turkey burger, no bun, big ol fat piece of onion, 1 oz cheese, 1/2 ear of grilled sweet corn (gawd, can't wait for dinner, lol)

Breakfast - 1/2 of the inside of a McDonalds breakfast burrito
Lunch - Chicken salad w/ low fat mayo, boiled egg, mozzarella cheese and dill pickles on whole wheat crackers (I know, me too)
Snack - Homegrown tomato with salt. 
Dinner - Not sure yet...will keep you posted...Maybe meatballs?
