Breakfast - South Beach Bar
Lunch - Grilled Chicken strip and 4 almonds (plus Cheese!)
Dinner - 1/3 Grilled lemon pepper chicken breast, broccoli and cheese

LOTS of decaf iced tea with splenda

Robyn,  What kind of south beach bar are you getting and can you eat the whole thing?  I wonder if I ate something more at breakfast if I would feel fuller for longer.

Amy, I eat either the chocolate bar or the peanut butter bar.  I think they have a cinnamon raisin one, but I haven't tried it.  Some mornings I can eat the whole thing and some mornings I can only eat 1/2 of it.  Just depends, I guess.  They certainly keep me full until lunch time.  I like them because they're kind of chewy, crunchy (think chewy but not moist rice krispie treats)???  Not dense and chewy like other bars.
