What are you eating today?
Hello all! Back at school so all my posts will be after school.
B- string cheese, half of a protein bar
L- meat from 1 taco and couple of tablespoons of refried beans
S- 1 oz nuts
D- hamburger meat-- 2- 2 1/2 oz, sprinkle of cheese and some onion
I am at about 50 oz for the day- got behind at school today.
Okay - we'll start with the honesty - today was MUCH better than yesterday! Still not where I need to be...but its a process right??? Remember I head to the office at 5:00 am!!!
48 oz coffee w/cream & sweetner (before 7:30 am)
B- turkey & cheese lunchable (yep - ate the crackers too)
L-frito pie (yep with the fritos - uggh)
24 oz Crystal Light Energy/Wild Strawberry
D-Tilapia Filet & broccoli & cheese This was awesome! I marinated the filet with a little soy sauce and then quickly seared it and steamed in on the stove. YUMMO!!! My new favorite! And it only took minutes literally!! My kind of cooking!!!

I look at things this way - I didn't have the bag of popcorn, bag of bugles, p/b crackers that I had yesterday - so I think I made GREAT progress today!!!

Snack - Jack Zink's beef jerkey stick
L - Chicken of the Sea tuna fish (with crackers) out of the vending machine at school (add salt and pepper and YUMMO)
afternoon snack - 1 stick of string cheese and a handful of low fat Cheese-Its
D - Grilled chicken breast marinated in fat free light Italian dressing and chili powder with yellow squash on the side.
water consumption - 2 -16 oz bottles of Dasani (one with CL lemonade and one just plain) and since getting home from school I have drank 2 quarts of Sugar Free Cherry Kool-Aid
SIDENOTE HIJACK: Janet what exactly is that spicy caggabe caserole? I loves me some cabbage.

Ok, it's late, so no one will read this and be grossed out.
Breakfast 2 oz of goat cheese
Lunch Lean Pocket-ate very slowly and was able to eat the pocket too-feeling pretty self satisfied at this point with my eating skills.
Early Dinner-went for a seafood ****tail-had a few chips, feeling good about the amount, eating slowly....and (cover your eyes) there was a BIG OLD FLY in my seafood ****tail. I had eaten maybe a quarter of a cup of miscellanous boiled seafood (hope that didn't include any flies)......
I did NOT throw up and I left.....now this was a pretty light eating day but I just couldn't chew anything....yet I knew I would wake up starving if I didn't-so I made a Matrix protein shake.
I've been working on not drinking my calories, but I think I'm allowed. What freaks me out is that I used to eat so fast I might not have noticed the fly......OOOOOHHHHHHHH
