protien hot chocolate
L: 1/3 cup eggface shepards pie
S: 6 almonds
D: not sure, I have class and I think they are bringing fried chicken. I will peel off the skin and eat some of that I think.
S: 6 almonds
Liquid: 24 oz water and 10 oz hot chocolate, 34 total and I have 24 oz ready to go as soon as my lunch settles.
Edit: I ate all the almonds for my afternoon snack! So I am taking a cheese stick with me to school for snack

L: fried chicken breast, about 2/3 of it, just meat, no skin, 1/4 c broccoli salad made with splenda, not sugar and low fat mayo
S: beef jerky, 1 oz
D: either homemade, baked coconut chicken strips or spicy cabbage casserole...haven't decided what i have a hankerin' for as of yet
Liquid: 72 oz coffee, 44 oz s/f raspberry tea so far. After lunch sits for a bit, i forsee a 16 oz Monster...man, it is amazing I am NOT strung like a banjo today with all that caffeine! lol
EDIT: I am a tard and forgot that I didn't have my norm for brekkie today...D'OH!

Liquid: Currently in the middle of my third 50 ounce bottle of Crystal Light
I might not have been thinking ahead too well when I picked brisket for lunch, knowing that I was having roast for dinner.... oh, well...
