I've had them and they went down slick as a whistle!  Yum!

I'm sure that the NUT's would frown on them though!  Oh well!  They have lots of protein.  And it took me days and days to eat one bag.  But boy were they good and satisfied the crunchy tooth!

I'm going to try some.  I just crave something really crunchy and these just might help!!!  I hope my tummy likes them as well.

Yes, they are made with pork.  I think they may be skin but not sure.  I try not to think about it!  You find them in the chip aisle.  They have no carbs.  One ounce has about 80 calories and 8 or 9 grams of protein.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

It's totally gross and I can't think about it or I'd never eat them.  But it's the skin of the pig and fried.  Tastes better than it sounds!

For the crunchy fix I get the soy chips at the health food store -- Akins.  It's soy and they are crunchy !!!

Dr. B is not a fan of pork rinds.  However, I have eaten them on occasion.  They really help that need for crunchy.  They really don't have many calories and have lots of protein.
