Happy Birthday to me
Today is my 47th Birthday , I took the day off and I realize all my friends are at work kind of a bummer lol But Im going to do some things just for me I think , maybe I will jus****ch some movies and snuggle up with my dog ! I am so much happier than I was a year ago , I physically feel sooo much better , I def dont feel 47 . I am grateful to the new friends I have made here , I am working on the emotional part of feeling better , losing weight doesnt solve everything but it certainly makes things alot better and opens up a world of possibilities!!! Thank you to you guys and Have a great day for me .......

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! This is YOUR special day. There is no day in the year that is just yours....It is a special day! You obviously have alot to be happy about! I'm 56 and sure don't feel 56 mentally. Mentally I can still do cartwheels and the splits...Physically, I know better than to even try. You have acomplished alot in the past months and have alot to be proud of!
