Mini Wow for me

Well, I'm one that usually weighs too often but have tried to wait a week at a time.  This morning the old scales were good to me.....5 pounds since last weigh in.  If anyone had told me that on my surgery day of March 12th I'd be down 133 pounds (32 prior to surgery) I would have NEVER believed it.  This has been the best decision I've made for me in a long long time.  I feel better, am off some of my medications, no insulin since surgery day and the best part is that I feel so much better and have so much more energy!!!  It's exciting that I have lost more then 1/2 of my weight.  I so afraid that I would not be a success on this since I had failed with so many "diets" in my lifetime.  I've gotten rid of clothes (not saving in case I gain it back like before)!!!  I can't brag enough on my surgeon, Dr. Walton and WeightWise.  They have saved my life and given me a life back!!!!  I also want to thank all my OH buddies and my support group.  I could never have done this without you guys!!  (((hugs)))

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Deb, what a wonderful post!  You have every right to say WOW...and not a mini wow either.  133# is a HUGE number.  You're doing so great.  I must admit that I stand on the sidelines & watch you quite a bit.  I find you to be MEGA inspirational and I love the fact that your DH is so involved with your progress.  Congrats!!!  You deserve the very best!

Thank you so much Wendy!  We're all in this together and that's why all you guys are so important to me.  My own family doesn't even understand all of this that we go through totally.  Nobody can unless you've been there.  Yes, my DH is my biggest supporter, fan and helpmate!  I don't take him forgranted either.  Thanks, again!

Thanks, you guys.  You are right it is a MAXI wow.  I can sit here and really get emotional if I let myself.  It just seems like a dream (miracle) that this is really happening to me!  I am so forever grateful.  God has allowed me to use medical science and I am seeing results!!!  Thanks!!
