Thomas, I am so happy you are actually trying to eat!  Your poor pouch needs to learn to accept some food.  We actually talked about that very thing today in the 3 month diet class. 

B- 3/4 hard boiled egg, string cheese, 10 oz coffee with creamer

L- not sure of measurements since I ate out but probably the guts from one taco and a couple of tablespoons of refried beans

S- protein bar

D- string cheese, 1 oz nuts, few grapes (yea, I know dinner is lacking in protein!)

The kids return to classes tomorrow!  Wish me luck as I try to beat some algebra into 14 year old BOY brains!

Okay -

Breakfast - South Beach Protein Bar

Lunch - 2 strips of fajita meat with a few fajita veggies (plus cheese)

Dinner - Chicken with mushrooms from Panda Express

Snack - maybe I'll have some nuts later?  Maybe nothing? 

Anyhoo - that's it.

I tried the chicken with mushrooms last week and it is yummy.

I stuck to my food plan with the exception of eating an after dinner snack of a SF fudgesicle, man I love those things!  I'm glad they just have 40 calories.

S- 1 oz  Jack Links Ham Jerky

L- 3 Colonel's Crispy Strips from KFC

D- Spicy Shrimp Skewers on the grill (8 shrimp)
     Grilled Veggie Packet (Zucchini, Red skin potatoes, Red Peppers,    Yellow Squash, Onion)  1/2 cup serving

96 oz water

I haven't been a very good girl today....

B: nothing
L: at about 3, Advantage Protein bar
D: chicken tenderloin and broccoli, probably around 1/3 of a cup total

liquids: 17 oz Propel, 1 liter water

I'll get better now that I'm back home and back on schedule
