What are you eating today?

Too much left over chicken from dinner, so I split it between breakfast (well, breakfast to me) & lunch:
S - 1 oz cheese
B - 3 oz of chicken w/pepperjack cheese (breakfast is no earlier that 10:00 a.m. everyd day)
L - same as breakfast (yeah I was real creative today!!)
D - 3 oz tuna with ff miracle whip.
Water - down 64 oz already....32 to go! Oh and coffee (16 oz, regular coffee, with creamer)
You guys are doing SOOOO much better than me!! I've basically NOT STARTED my self professed CARB FREE REMAINDER OF AUGUST!! But tomorrow I will do better! It has just been so difficult for me and I am kicking myself for the 8 lbs that have apparently latched on to my @$$ now!
We spent the day on the lake yesterday and it was He!! hauling that thing up out of the water into the boat!!! Is there NO GRACEFUL way to do that?? Thank Goodness I was with friends and not a "date" type situation!! Anyway, it was AWESOME though - I haven't been on the lake since I was ohhhhh about 225 on the way to where I landed! It was great being able to participate in the fun and laughter and I even got on the jet ski! They had to knock me off it to get it back!! LOL
Think about me trying to get on track! I bought some talapia filets (had some last night and it was awesome) and some other things to try to spice up my food plan. And I am going to try to drink my liquid instead of eating - It is so hard to be an example sometimes!! (sheesh)
Pray for me!! How many carbs in a rum & hmmm....NEVERMIND!!!!!

Snack: 2 cheese sticks
Lunch: Lean Cuisine
Snack: Protein bar
Supper: 2 scrambled eggs and cherries (I don't know how to measure them - are they eaches or what?)
Snack: Protein bar or nasty protein shake
