I sure hope they get this taken care of soon for you.  I can't imagine having such a rough time.  Wish I could help; I'll be thinking about you.

Kim my dear, I am very sorry that your are having such a difficult time. Are you on any other meds? I recall HappyCat had found that her meds were giving her trouble. Another suggestions iscrystalized ginger? It worked very well for several nauseated friends and clients over the years. Just trim a little sliver and suck on it as long a possible. I know how miserable it can be. So take care and keep us posted.

I could offer only non-loser advice because I haven't been there yet. I know that ginger in any form is a help. It has a strong taste so many don't like it. I take it in a pill form to help with motion sickness. I am so sorry you are going through this...Like Amy said, from what these other losers have said...it does go away! Hang in there!  Sherry

Kim, I was just thinking that we had not heard from you in a while and I was wondering how you were doing. I am so sorry that you are having problems. I have not had problems with nausea so I have no words of wisdom to offer except to push the fluids as best you can. I hope this gets sorted out soon.

Kim, I am so sorry that you are still having this issue. Have you tried using a straw? Some people do better with one than without it. Certainly is worth a try at this point. If it doesn't let up, give Dr. Broussard another call. There has to be an answer somewhere. In the mean time, please keep being strong.

I am still struggling with it but it is better.  I haven't been eating hardly anything so eating hasn't been the issue.  Monday night my darling daughter and husband went to the store and they have created a concoction of unflavored pedialite that is almost salty and mixed it with Gatorade and water.  That seems to go down, is not so sweet and has given me some needed nutrients.  Yesterday, I even tried to sneak in some protein shot into the mixture but it was very hard to get down.  Today is a little better so I'm hoping the worst is over.  I actually added Phenergan in between the Zofran to get my nauseau more under control yesterday and it seemed to help.  Although I had to work late last night and had only drank 16 oz. all day and I was wiped out.  I did manage to get in about 32 more of the concoction and actually ate a few bites of chicken and 3 green beans and did okay.  I am going to try the ginger and even the bracelet if I can figure out where to get them.  I really need to work and more importantly, I need to feel better.  I really appreciate everyone's help and support during this difficult time.

Thanks.

Kim
