What are you eating today?
I am eating more often at this point to make tiny tummy happy as it recovers from the arthritis meds.
b- 2 light string cheese
s- sugar free yogurt with 6 sliced almonds
l- 2 oz pork and 6 grapes
s- probably more cheese
d- not sure but will be high protein
s- cheese
Yeah, I know I am eating all day. I don't normally eat this often but irritated tummy does not want to get empty! It gets grouchy at this point.

B- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal
S- 2 oz. Jack Links Ham Jerky
L- 1 can Campbells Vegetable Soup
S- Muscle Milk Chocolate Mint Shake
D- 4 oz Baked Italian Chicken with 1 cup Whole Green Beans
S- Handful of Peanut M&Ms
Liquids: Iced Tea with Splenda (Decaf) and Tons of Ice Water (128 + oz)

Trying to be really strict for the past couple of weeks. Had 16 lbs to lose since my last appt in July. Thursday is the big day to see Dr. Walton and see what he says about my cardiology report. Today and most days lately:
B: Atkins low carb shake
S: Atkins protein bar
L: Salad with cottage cheese, fresh tomatoe, 5 oz chicken, 1 Wasa cracker
S: 12 almonds
D: Akins low carb shake blended with ice and small banana
S: 1 Wasa cracker with mustard, thin slice of turkey
Drink about 96 oz of either water or crystal lite lemonade.
