Behavioral Challenge!!! HELP!
I want to declare a CARB FREE AUGUST (whats left of it). I know a lot of you have had success staying away from the EVIL CARB MONSTER but I just haven't! I have good days and then I have some really bad days!
When I put my nice shapely Rockies on last night to go boot scootin.... OMG they were much more snug than they were a few weeks ago! I know I have been battling the same 5-7 lbs over the past few weeks since I started back to work, but JEEZ!!!
SO!! I am going to challenge myself beginning tomorrow (already blew it today!) to AVOID as many carbs as I can physically manage! So, no potatoes, no breads, no rice (not a problem) and nothing over processed!! I am also going to TRY to attempt to cut back on my caffeine addiction but I think one challenge at a time is more than I can handle at this point!
Any takers wanting to join me in being accountable to our eating plans???? If you can't - at least keep poking me with a stick and reminding me?? I'm sure there are a few takers there!! roflmao!!
I'll post daily - usually at the end of the day - my success in managing to curb my carbs!! Thanks gang - I need you in this one! I really do need and want to hit my goal before the end of the year and it doesn't seem like a HUGE thing but these last 15 lbs or so just do not want to go away.....

B: baby bell lite cheese from laughing cow (3/4 oz)
S: I had a sample in the grocery story of a atkins protien bar (it was nasty)
L: ummm...maybe cheese and deli meat, not sure yet but going to stay away from ritz crackers....they are crack!!
D: I think I might make some tiliapia
S: If I want a snack I will stick to one of the SF fudgesicles that has 40 calories.
Okay so I will post later and let you know if I really stuck to this plan or not! I'm at 30 oz of water today and getting ready to down 10 oz of the protien hot chocolate.

Here is what I had today:
B: 3/4 oz baby bell cheese
L: 1/4 south beach ham turkey cheese (wheat tortilla) wrap
S: 8 almonds and a few protien soy crisps
D: I didn't measure but a little chicken tortilla soup (ate around tortilla strips and no rice)
Later I am planning on a fudgesicle.
