i can't quit smiling!!
i went to see dr b today for my 6 week follow-up and i have lost a total of 75.5 lbs since i started this incredible journey. i couldn't quit smiling the whole time i was in the exam room. i started at 326lbs and am now at 250.5 lbs and i feel wonderful! i can't wait for the next 75 lbs to fall off of me!! i have been working very hard at this and it is paying off big time! my husband has been bragging on me to the officers on his shift today and that feels good also. i can't wait to go to work in the morning and brag on myself! does that sound bad? you know what, i don't care if it sounds bad because i'm gonna do it anyway!! thanks for all the advice and encouragement throughout this process. i know i can count on you guys in the future also and i hope you know that i am here for anybody that needs me!! thanks again!
