5 weeks out and it is official..
Randy says to tell you that he is bummed that I can fill up on a thimble full of food yet it still takes six bucket fulls for him! LOL! My son thinks it is funny that I only ate a crumb (literally) of a brownie and didn't want anymore. Yes I confess to the crumb and it didn't taste good at all.

I, too, wish to say "Congrats on your success." Since I'm in the waiting-to-lose-to-qualify-for-VSG-surgery stage, it is very encouraging to read posts like yours.
My DH and I will be at the support group meeting tomorrow night, so I hope to meet all you OK gals. Just look for the biggest 52-year-old in the room; that will be me (but not for long). ;)

You provide more inspiration to us than you can imagine. I love the part about "even if I'm a slow loser..." If you've ready my posts this week, you can tell I've really been beating myself up; but...last night I put on a pair of 18 shorts (knowing I wear a 14 now) just to bum around the house in and they were grossly oversized, to the point that the elastic in the waist had a hard time keeping them up around my waist...I looked at my DH and said..."you know...even if I haven't lost 100# yet, I don't have anything to be ashamed of..."
