Missed you all!
Hey, everbody!
It feels like I haven't visited the site in a while. I have been really busy (good for the mind and the body). Went a a semi-vacation with the family. Really met my son in Wichita and we all went school shopping. Both of my kids tried to get me to try on cloths but I was afraid to. They kept asking and I kept refusing. Finally they gave up. Finally on the last day we were there I caved in and I was stunned when my usual 22-24's were looseeeeeeeeeeeee! Needless to say I bought a few tops and a couple pairs of pants..........
OK, now to my questions. 1.) I teach school and we start back next week and I am afraid that I won't be able to get all of my liquid in during the day. I have started to stress over it and need some suggestions from anyone that might have been in the same situation. 2.) My friend that had surgery 2 weeks ago had a horrible reaction to the Glue on her incisions, but not until about 1 week out. Has anyone else had this happen to them? She went to the emergency room where they took digital pictures and sent them to FBH. Dr. B. looked at them and called back and told the local nurse to pull the outer layer off, but that the inner layers would have to disolve. Told her to take double doses of Benedryl and let it work it's way out. Bless her heart, as of today she is still having blisters pop up around her incisions. She goes in Friday for her diet class and she called down and made an appointment to see Dr. Walton before class. Finally, 3.) I was hopeful that I would be able to make it to support group tomorrow, but I have a family commitment. So I am hoping that I will get to meet alot of you on the 21st. I have I first post-op appointment on the 22nd. So I am planning and being there and meet some of you.! (yeah, i know, that wasn't really a question).
Happy Losing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also a teacher and I purchased a mini dorm fridge for my room to keep the water close by. My biggest worry is the bathroom problem, it's like i'm pregnant again and going every 30minutes and 2-3 times a night! Just don't know how I'm going to make it till lunch for a potty break, may have to drag 20-4 year olds down the hall with me :) I'm sure we can call it "practicing our hallway behavior." Just not sure if the principal will buy it after Christmas. Good luck and hope you have a good year melting away before your students eyes.
