MWC/DC walling group

I am back to being motivated again to walk!  We will meet at Heritage Park Mall, 8:30, in front of El Chico, Saturday morning!  See you wonderful folks on Saturday morning.

Is 2 hours and a tank of gas too far to go for a walk with great friends???  I'm afraid after writing those checks to WW the gas fund is looking pretty low.  Be with you in spirit though.  Enjoy your walk I'll stick to mine here with my boys.  Here is a little funny for you.  I never really walked much before surgery so when I got home I asked my boys to go with me.  My 4 year old was very curious as to why I was so interested in walking all of the suddon, so I told him it was to help my tummy get better faster.  As I have said before they think the technicolor tummy is fascinating so he asked to look at it the other day around 3:00 when it was about oh a150 degrees outside.  He made an awfull face and said so seriously "Momma don't you think we should go for another walk?"  Needless to say we made quite a few laps through the house after my laugher subsided.  He keeps me honest and vigilant with my walking, my own little personal trainer.

I think you can count me in (even though I'll technically be on vacation).  I'm going to Edmond to help my little sis & my mom with a Luau birthday party for my 8 year old nephew.  My sis broke her leg last Sunday and is really not in any shape to be a hostess.  His menu choice is "Hawiian Pizza"....I told mom to call Hideaway and order a canadian bacon & pineapple pizza for the kids....they'd think that was pretty cool.

I digress.....sorry.  I'll be there.
