What is your next goal and how will you celebrate it?
Louann's post made me think, yes scary I know. She said something about celebrating all the small steps along the way. I thought about it and wondered what everyone does? Do you make little goals with yourself and then reward yourself? How? What is your next goal and how will you celebrate. My next goal is to weigh 275 because I will have lost 75 lbs. Even bigger than that goal is to weigh 250 and have lost 100 lbs. I had thought with the 100 lb loss I would get fake nails. Anyway, would love hear what each of you are doing.

I have set small goals from myself from the very start - given the gigantic amount of weight I started with, I did not want to look at the whole amount I needed to lose so I set goals of 25 lbs increments - my next mini-goal is at 250 - After that, I will probably make 20 lbs increments since the weight is coming off slower now...As far as rewarding myself...I haven't done that. I think it goes back to the old way of dieting and the fact that I was the kind of person *****warded herself with food!!!! I find myself really get a kick out of all the huge changes and all the WOWs, that I sort of didn't think about the rewarding part of it...maybe all the changes (i.e. wearing a pair of jeans for the first time since 1998!) are the reward.
