When it's hot like this, I tend to snack instead of eat meals....I pretty much eat when I want to as long as it's protein or veggies.....when I try to get my tummy aligned to "normal" eating times I just get frustrated. I log what I eat and make sure WHAT I eat is ok.....
Since my post about a month ago when everyone FREAKED out that I was eating CHEETOS. I have found that when I want to snack is when I am craving carbs. So when that happens, I try to keep salted Almonds around. The crunchy helps.
