That's not a sin in my book.  You were very well controlled!  It doesn't take much to fill up the banana and when I'm full, I'm not longer intererested!  The banana ROCKS!

Glad you scratched the itch before it became a rash!

I have had my absolute fave EGG DROP WONTON SOUP twice in the past 7 months.  Don't tell Rita!  lol  Although, has she lost her touch???  I don't do shrimp....but if that dumpling had chicken in it....yummo!!!

MMmmm shrimp. For dumplings, eggrolls, etc, I eat the guts first and then have a nibble of the  crust if I want a little.

When I eat sushi, I eat the fish first, then the rice if I want some-that stuff is too expensive to risk a stuck episode.

I love PF changs..Although I'm a bigger fan of Pei Wei.

I had the lap band surgery and I lived on milkshakes and french fries after it. I still lost a ton of weight because I wasnt over-doing it..I still don't deny myself! Its awesome lol

I guess having the gastric bypass makes you sick of you eat a lot of sugar? I would go nuts if I constantly had to count calories and whatnot..Thats what turned me away from diets in the first place!

I also had some egg drop soup and that was really good and satisfied my cravings when I was on all liquids

I honestly don't miss much of the sugary things I used to eat.  I actually was at Sonic earlier (getting me some Minute Maid Light Lemonade with diet cherry in it YUMMO) and looked at those new Angus hamburgers on the menu.  I said to myself, "Eating those and a large fry are why you became a 420 pound man"...well that and a lot of other bad habits.  I have ate a few egg rolls since surgery and ate the whole thing, shell and all.  I am not happy with myself about it either but I guess sometimes we have to be human huh?

Ok, I have to ask - your lemonade from Sonic, is it sugar free?  It sounds very refreshing.  I just might have to try that.

Yes Minute Maid Light Lemonade is sugar-free.  Target sells it in those milk like cartons.  They also make a Limeade and something that comes in a Reddish-Pink color (cant remember what that one is but I dont like it).  So far I have found the Lemonade at Sonic, Taco Mayo, and DIckenson Movie Theaters.  The diet cherry syrup at Sonic is sugar free too.  Add that to the lemonade and it tricks you into thinking you are drinking a cherry limeade.  They rock.
