WOW! Can't STINKING believe it!!!

I haven't told anyone on here my weight yet...only what I have to lose. That's just because I'm weird about it and it has always been completely humiliating to tell anyone what I weigh (not that you can't figure out by what I had to lose PRIOR to surgery...but let me think you have no idea! lol). Today is the day for me. When I weighed in the first time with Dr. B, I weighed my highest of 391. That was also my exact weight the day I was 9 months prego and having my son. Humiliating. Anyhoo...this journey has been incredible every 10 lbs or so, and when I got to the 350's, I was amazed, because I just didn't remember weighing less than 360 for several years. So I woke up this morning and decided I would weigh, considering I was gone for a week and hadn't weighed in at least that long. I weighed in  at 308 this morning. I'm 9 lbs from being under 300 for life. I'm 17 lbs from losing 100 lbs. I went to church this morning and my own step father didn't recognize me at first. You would think it's because he hasn't seen me in a long time. He saw me YESTERDAY! I had on SUPER baggy clothes that just made me look bigger than I am now. I wore an XL t-shirt and jeans that fit today and he literally had to hear me sing before he realized it was me up on that stage. And he's not the only one. Another lady came and asked me for the info on WeightWise because her husband is looking into the surgery and she had looked for me all morning and never saw me. Had no idea that was me helping lead the worship!!! lol It's incredible to me.

You are so freakin' awesome girl!  I know is is craziness when you are dropping weight to ever concieve of the notion of how you got there and where you are going.  Take advantage of this time to get to know yourself!  Keep a journal of WOW moments like this so that you can look back on your journey and keep everything real.

We've missed you this week and know that you were doing some awesome work for your church and God.  It's a little crazy but now you can witness for God and for WeightWise too!  (no I am not putting WW on the same level folks, lighten up!)

That is so awesome.  I have to say you are an inspiration for me.  I have been struggling this week and seeing your success gives me the motivation I need to get through to the next step.  You are a beautiful person and you should be very proud of yourself.
