I love the Flintstones Complete chewables.   I tried buying the equate brand to save $$....NADA !!  yechy !    The extra $$ is worth my health to me....besides that - I'me saving more than that on NOT eating out and if I don't take the vitamin because they taste like crap - then I run into a whole another issue !!

  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

Hey Phyllis!  I was wondering how your labs are on the Flintstone's?  I was taking them until my 6 week check-up and my surgeon didn't like that I was taking them so I moved to the Centrum Chewables.  But the Flintstone's were a lot better and seemed to have almost as much stuff in them.  So back to my question - are your follow up labs good?

Hi Phyllis,
Several other people have mentioned Flinstone's vitamins.  How many of them do you take a day?
