I'm so happy for you!  Like everyone else said, we physically can't eat the way we used to (which I was reminded of last night as I ate my tiny meal while wishing for a few more bites).  I'm glad it's a "permanent" change, because if it were left up to us, we'd be right back where we started after a while.  Congratulations on your success!
