RNY's....What iron are you taking >6months post op?

Rita...I use the BA also for Iron and Calcium.  They are expensive but I know they will work and I don't want any issues in that area!!  I have always been borderline anemic and have been unable to give blood for about 10 years because of it...so I know I need the best iron I can get.  I can't wait for the new creamy bite calciums to come out...I loved those...it was like dessert after each meal!!  I tried liquid calcium and I couldn't tolerate it.  I have a bad gag reflex with liquids!  I do better with chewables. If you find a good cheaper replacement for our iron let me know!!  THANKS!

I take 325mg of Ferrous Sulfate 2 times per day.  But my lab work came in and I am low on iron.
