For those who use powdered calcium...

...any hints on getting it into solution? I decided not to even try the chewables after all the reports and bought some powdered calcium at Atkins but it settles out so fast and that last swig is the worst!

I actually use the liquid calcium & magnesium from Atkins.  It's called LifeTime Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate.  I bought it in Strawberry and Pina Colada flavors.  I take a tablesppon of it just like as if I was taking cough medicine.  And it tastes super yummy.

I use Upcal-D from vitalady.com. I mix in a scoop with the first 2 Crystal Light Drinks of the day. Dump it in and stir. I told Dr. Walton about this one, and he took the address down.

You can't taste the calcium and Vitalady gives free samples, too. I had to do this because I coulldn't stand taking all those pills a day and the Citracal petites were too hard to swallow.
