OK, I have very sensitive skin, and shaving is horrible to my legs. I was wondering if anybody on here has used something or gone somewhere to have something done that doesn't involve shaving and works to get my legs smooth...It's driving me absolutely nuts!

Boy do I ever...it's called VEET.  You can get it at WallMart or any of the drug stores.  My girlfriend got me on it last summer.  It's a cream that you leave on 3 minutes and scrap off with a tool that is included.  Be sure and buy the one for sensitive skin.  It's AWESOME...you don't have to do it as often as shaving either.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I tried the in shower version of that, it doesn't have the scraper tool, and it just made my hair softer, but didn't get rid of it. I might have to try the regular version instead.

If you are tough you can try waxing.  It will hurt but it lasts for a while.  I use the razor with the built-in shaving lotion (looks like a bar of soap around the razor part.)  I can't remember the brand name right now.  If you ahve money you could get it treated with the laser to zap it.  I suspect it is really expensive.  Your hair has to be dark for it to work.  I have way too much blonde for that to be an option for me.

Do you happen to know of anywhere in the city the does leg waxing? That doesn't cost an arm and a leg...pun intended.

I have no idea.  I am not tough enough.  Call around.  There has to be somewhere in Edmond.  I do know you can buy at home kits.  Maybe go to Sally Beauty?  If they don't sell the kits they will know where to go get it done.

I bought an electric razor about two years ago.  It is FANTASTIC!!!!!  Now, I wonder why I waited so long to try one.  It is really handy (no water, soap , mess, etc.) & SUPER FAST!!! SWEET!!!!!!

hmm, was it a guy's razor or a lady's? I've seen both, and I was wondering which was better, that's an awesome idea.

I'm pretty sure it is a lady's razor.  It is a Remington that I got at Big Lots for about $20.00.  Best $20.00 I've ever spent!  I don't know how it would compare to a man's because it is really the only one I've ever tried.  I will never use anything else again.
