Practicing what you preach
I am always counseling my patients (and my kids) about the need to wear a medical alert. I figured it would be harder to do so if I did not wear one myself -- not just because of surgery but also my hemophilia status. I ordered one and it came today. I love it! The company I ordered it from does bracelets that could easily pass as regular jewelry and looks like an ID bracelet with a beaded bracelet. I got the petite version with birthstone beads. You can also just order the bracelet part and change out the look. It was also very reasonable. www.creativemedicalid.com
I bookmarked that site and I'm ordering one as well~ They are cute as can be!
