I know you are super busy but if you could report back on how some of these foods are working for you, I would really appreciate it!  You have sorta been my mentor since you are just ahead of me.  I really want to know which things work the best.  What kinds of things can you get when you are on the go...like Taco Bell pintos and cheese or whatever.  Also I am really interested to know how veggies go down.  I know what you mean about eating too fast.  I had to literally watch the clock and time a minute in between each tiny bite and then sometimes wait 3 or 4 minutes.

just got back from lunch and i had 4 bites of a club sandwich without the bun. it sure tasted good but now i feel like it is stuck in my throat. it will go down eventually but i would kill for a drink of water right now. i have 33 more minutes to go. it is so weird that i have to count the minutes to have a glass of water. oh well!

Amy - I am glad it went well with the egg, I had no problems with eggs either and I was so glad, because I still eat them all the time. So, the cottage cheese worked! Makes them softer, which is helpful in the beginning, now I still eat them like that because I like the flavor. And my family thought it was weird!...

Yeah, Randy really questioned me about the cottage cheese when I told him to put it in there.  I kept saying "Anna said".  Afterwards he said he might have to try his eggs like that next time.  He loves cottage cheese.  I hate cottage cheese but didn't have a problem at all with it in the egg.  Oh and I'm sure if you family is like mine, they think you are weird with or without the cottage cheese in the eggs! LOL!!!
