I'm back and trying to catch up!
HOORAY for ticker moving!!!
You know, it's odd but whenever I exercise really heavily and regularly, the scales decide to move 2 or 3 weeks later. I keep thinking it should move during the same week.....but not for me. So, every time I exercise really hard, I know I'm gonna see the scale move 2 to 3 weeks down the road...even when I just sit on my caboose and have done no physical activity to deserve the loss (well, other than from a diet standpoint).
I hope your hip is feeling better. My shoulders are remarkably better already! : ) I love the long-acting numbing medicine they include with the steroid! I always feel better before I'm even out of the office. I'm just restricted from strength training with my arms for 2 weeks. Shoot. However, I'll gladly trade it off for being pain free and getting sleep!
I Happy Dancin' for you down here in Norman! However, let's try not to focus on those #^$% scales. I keep reminding myself my goal is to get healthier and that the scales can't help but move eventually. ; )
