Where or where is OKIECHIC- Miss Sherrie???

Sherrie are you out there?  I've missed you this week and hope that your doing ok.  I know you were having chest pains and needed to follow-up with your cardiologist.  I'm thinking of you and praying for you.  Let us hear from you....hope to see you Thursday girlfriend!!!

Thanks you so much for caring.  I have been babysitting while my daughter had her baby girl 3 wks early, but did great!! She was 6lbs and so beautiful! She had a few problems with her breathing so she had to stay a day longer than planned but now 'she is just perfect! They named her Whitley.
I have also been in medical nightmare! The new insurance company my daughter changed to just decided NOT to cover me. So now I have no insurance. I have to many issues to take the risk. Besides it was going to cost me 1200 a month for just me! This is driving me crazy. I have to have a stress test and the apnea test where they fit the mask. I have family here all week so next week, I am going to call Brandi and find out what I can do....Then there is the old issue of plavix...They want me on it for a year from last Jan....Man when I do get this done, It will be a miracle!
With out insurance all my meds skyrocket!!  I figure it will be over  800 a month maybe more.  I will probably go off some that I think won't hurt anything.....If I can get this surgery done....that would help that......Can you say....Nightmare!! But I am better off than some...most don't have the money for the surgery....at least I have that....somehow the rest will work out I just know it!
I will start back on here after the family leaves....if I still have any sanity left!! Tonight I have 3 grandkids and 1 large granddog in addition to my big dog!! Oh what a night!!!  I'll talk to you soon!

Sherrie, I'm so sorry about the insurance. Have you checked into continuing your current insurance coverage through (click blue words)  Cobra Insurance Continuation? However, you could probably easily qualify for the(click on the blue words) OK State High Risk Insurance Pool. It is specifically set up for those that don't qualify for private insurance. The rates are more reasonable than the prices you have mentioned.

I am so glad to hear from you but sorry about all your insurance problems.  I would do as Shellie suggested with the State Insurance Pool.  I know that things will work out but I'm also sure that your stress has got to be aweful.  Keep us updated and we'll be praying for you.  Brandy may have some answers for you as well.  Hang in there!!!

I, too, was glad to hear from you but was saddened about all the c**p you're going through.  I hope you can get back on the right track soon -- in the meantime, enjoy that grandbaby !!!

I'm sorry for all the junk, but Whitley is a beautiful name! I was self pay due to insurance denial. There are 2 different financing companies that the docs use.
