Wednesday Liquid Intake

I only have 24 oz so far. It is hard now that I have to wait an hour after eating, plus eating takes 1/2 an hour. How is everyone else doing?

I'm up to about 48 ounces so far, but I drink a ton in the mornings. the first drink is always the worst because it makes me nauseous...hehe, but I get over it quick an start with vitamins and a big dose of Isopure.

The next 20 ounces will come in another hour...

I'm just about to make it to 64 ounces between my water and some tea I had for lunch. It's been pretty slow going today. I'll try to catch back up tomorrow.

I am at 70 oz (or will be when I finish my decaf,) Doing good today! I should easily hit 85 oz today.

I have maintained for one year at this point. I am steady at -120 pounds. =)
