surgical associates of tulsa

if anyone here had thier surgery with surgical associates can you copy the pre op diet for me? I am still waiting on my brother in law for financing but i want to get an idea and possibly a head start. I been depressed and stressed about getting the money that i have let all my sensible eating go out the window. i need to kick my own butt and get back to it.. but i would like a copy of thier pre op diet so i can head in that direction.. thanks.. sherrie
