It sounds wonderful.  I cant wait for the day I can eat again.  Well I am off to bed.  If I am not able to get to a computer this next week I hope everyone takes care and I will be on as soon as I get back.

Heather, you will eat again! Wonderful tasty little bites that you'll chew a bunch and they'll fill you up quick. It's more wonderful eating than before .... great taste, healthy and nutritious foods, quick satisfaction and fullness and no guilt! ; )

Have a wonderful trip and remember drink your fluids and eat your healthy pureed/mushy foods. Hurry back!

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

That meal above looks DEVINE.  It reminds me of dinners at home growing up on the farm.  I LOVE black eyed peas, sliced tomatos, and yellow squash.  Butternut squash is great too with a little bit of cinnamon sprinkled into it.

Shelly,

The chicken sounds similar to a chicken dish I am constantly making since my RNY except for I use the actual italian dressing seasonings packet so it's probably a lot spicier than yours, but the way you made the squash sounds absolutely yummy.  I looked at the eggplant recipes too.  I love cooking and I am always trying new things... especially with my grill.

I can live without the flax oil capsule though lol

That sounds wonderful.  I make chicken kabobs on a very regular basis these days.  I love to grill and I marinate my chicken in your same wishbone fat free italian salad dressing and other seasoning.  I also drizzle that marinate on my veggies and put it all on skewers.  I love to use the red and yellow bell peppers (wonderful flavors), vidala onions, fresh mushrooms and grill.  These are wonderful and since we eat so little I have lunch leftovers for the next day to take to work.  We don't have to give up taste or flavors we just don't eat the quantity......

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I want to come eat at your house! However, I get sick on baked chicken. I have to grill mine. Something about it cooking in its own juices bothers pouchie. I'm thinkign about getting a rack or something so that it raises up out of the pan and doesn't sit in its juices might work.
