Isopure in the bottle makes me queasy, but I can mix the powder half strength and do just fine.  You might try watering down your protein a bit-I do that with chike too.  If my tummy is the least bit rambunctious, I never hit it with a full on protien drink.  The 42 gram bullets have me right in the bathroom-that's just too much all at once (for me).

Just a quick reminder..some of the stuff from the Weight Wise store has too much sugar in it to use now. I had to throw out a lot of it after surgery. I drank a little of the approved Slim Fast when I needed it, but never drank more than 1/4 of a can.

My B-12 is the nasal B-12 because the sublingual never melted for me, and I don't do needles. I take liquid vitamins and powdered Calicum.

Try Rita's bullet suggestion. That's still my "go to" breakfast..Vanilla Unjury, milk, strawberries and bananas...powdered calcum..flax seed, etc. Choco banana not bad with SF syrup, etc.

One or two bites is about all you'll want in the beginning. I couldn't even eat a whole serving spoon size of ff refried beans.

I thought I would never enjoy food again, but I really do. When the nausea got bad, out came the pickles or phenergren wrist gel.
