Nope, no break for Saturday!  It is almost 1:30 and I have 36 oz in.  I am already sick of sipping though so today is going to be tough.

I am already at 58 oz.  That is not counting the 20 oz of coffee since it had caffeine. I plan on hitting at least 80 oz today.

It is going to be beastly hot and humid today- drink up so you can avoid those pesky liquids administered by needle!

I've been working in my (un-air conditioned) warehouse all morning - so working pretty hard at staying hydrated.  Currently starting my 3rd bottle for today, so at 100 oz + already - but I did sweat a lot of it out already.  Hopefully my scale will move overnight - FINALLY....

 Have a great weekend!

You guys are doing so awesome!  I hope this gets easier and I can eventually drink more.  It is very frustrating sometimes.

I'm bringing up the rear again. 32 ozs. so far today. I did take a nap though, so I missed some drinking time. (that sounds bad!)

Our daughter and son-in-law left for vacation in the wee hours of this morning so we got the granddogs to babysit for the next couple of weeks. They insisted on sleeping on our bedroom floor and every time they moved, it woke me up. So, I needed that nap ... and it was in an empty bedroom this time. ; )

The granddogs are wonderful, but they are BIG. They make more noise at night than our little dachshunds.

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Shelly, take their collars off at night.  I find that sometimes jangling tags will disturb my sleep.  And, you might make them a nest of blankets and maybe some pillows so they are more comfortable and might move less.  They may just be so spoiled your daughter will hate you when she gets back!  Just a thought.  I will have my mother's dog next week and she has to sleep with me (she is the princess!)- under the covers.  It should be interesting since my dogs already sleep with me.  What a zoo!  Spoiled babies!  Maybe my hot flashes will sweat them all out of my bed?!!?

Thanks for the suggestions, Denise. I'll give all of them a try tonight!

I hope you get some sleep, too! Hot flashes and lots of doggies ..... oh my.  I hope you have a really big bed! ; )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

I am a little late but I got in over 80 oz. yesterday.  It seems to get easier as long as I pace myself.  Friday night I did terrible, but other than that night, I've hit the 74 oz. goal I set for myself.
