MWC/DC walking group- new location this week!

Alright guys it is that time again!  I have missed you this week! We will meet at Heritage Park Mall in front of El Chico at 8:30 tomorrow (Saturday) morning. We are trying to avoid the steamy heat!  It is 0.62 miles to go one lap arounmd the mall.   I want to do 5 laps- the good thing is that folks can easily walk only as far as they want! Warning- I will be wearing my heart rate monitor so I will be beeping a lot!  I want to make sure I stay in the correct heart rate zone. Denise
