Hey all!      I know I've been mia lately, just busy busy busy and out of town. Here I sit, about 4 or 5 wks prego and wondering if the whole pregnancy is going to be this different. With my son, I had a routine, a job, stability, etc. Now, I have a 17mo old, chaos, and my body doing all kinds of strange things. Between the cold I have and the baby, I feel like I could puke up my toenails every morning. lol Does this mean a girl (giving me all of her crazy hormones in addition to mine) or just a different kind of  pregnancy?! Only time will tell. Anywho, I go to the good doctor next Tues. and can hardly wait. The Little one now has a heart, lungs, circulatory system, arm and leg nubbies, etc... It's so amazing to me what takes place in one's body unbeknownst to most. I've skimmed around a little through the threads and congrats to all of the new losers. I definately know I want to have surgery after this baby and before the next. That's another thing, I'm about 40lbs heavier than I was at the start of my first pregnancy. Oh well, such is life. I did go to my primary phys. before I knew I was pregnant and had him do some bloodwork to check all of the basics. Everything was normal. Sugars, cholesterol, etc. I was really happy to hear it. Hopefully I can get sleeved and get this body back in shape before I do any more damage to it than I already have. Well, I suppose, I'm off for now, but will keep you posted. Hopefully we can make it to Applebees next week. I haven't had a chance to bring it up to hubby yet. Take care! Hugs~ Joni

Both of my pregnancies were so different..but I felt better pregnant than I did when I wasn't ****il I had the hysterectomy). Both did summersaults a lot, particularly my daughter who thought she needed to repeatedly kick me in the side. My son slept a lot more than she did...now, she outsleeps him! Again, congrats and best wishes. I can't imagine being pregnant after this surgery at all...I have "pregnant nose" now...can't even imagine what it would be then!

What a miracle we have in the form of babies! Your little one is doing so well!

My pregnancies were each unique. With our son, I was sick several times a day, with our daughter I was sick much less. However, I was on extra medications with our son to try to help us not lose the pregnancy ... it worked! : )

I hope you feel better soon and I'll be keeping you and your family in my prayers. : )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Did it once, never doing it again!  I had a son and puked the first couple of months! Nauseau usually left about 10 at night so I felt good for about an hour a day and then woke up to the same thing, they ended up giving me daily phenergan shots for awhile.  After a couple of months that passed and I was so happy and loved being pregnant but hey I was young and stupid and now I am old and mature and do not want another pregnancy! Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and easy delivery. AB
