Everyone, I'd like to invite everyone to join me and be my exercise buddy! If you'd like to do daily exercise and strength train ... build a little muscle to burn more calories .... would you be interested in joining me with a daily exercise DVD routine?

I'm going to get an extra copy of the beginning DVD today and I will gift it free by a random number generator to one of you that say you're interested. : ) (Nothing is necessary to do the DVD except some good shoes and maybe some light one or two pound wieights when you get to that point.)

THIS is the DVD we will use to start and the one that I will send to someone that says they're interested and that is chosen by the random number generator.

The DVD is an excellent workout to start out. No complicated dance steps, just great exercise with some muscle building included. Does anyone else already have this DVD that wants to join in? Do you want to pick up the DVD and join in even if you don't win the raffle?

I hope we can have fun together as we exercise away our pounds!!! Please sign up now!!! : )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Okay.  Okay.  You win.  I've been trying to ignore your "shout out exercize" threads but you finally got to me. Count me in.  Do I need to order it online or can I get it at Walmart?  I will get mine so the odds increase for someone else to get the free one.

Hooray and gentle hugs to you, Amy!!! I was so afraid I'd post this and everyone would run away! You may be able to get it at WalMart ... I just haven't looked there. I know they have it at Hastings and probably Borders, too. Of course, it's also at Amazon.com or Overstock.com.

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Thank you for signing up!!! This DVD has gentle beginner muscle building of the upper body and lower body. It's a great place to start, plus it is a great workout. The DVDs progress, so you just keep going and you work up! I'll enter you in the drawing! I plan to figure out the winner tomorrow!

If you want more specific strength training, I'm using THIS DVD. For me, this is NOT grandma exercise! This DVD wipes me OUT ... I haven't been able to do the entire thing yet. It looks easy when you watch it, but it's not for me. The instructor has you do modifications when you need to and always tells you to stop if you have any pain. They don't always follow their background music, but it doesn't bother me. The DVD is slow and deep working. I really like it.

Cowboy, I think you've been watching the Shimmy show on Fit TV too much ....or maybe not enough!!! ; ) They teach belly dancing for exercise and weight loss and the instructors are something else.

But us, nope, we're just walking away our pounds. ; )
