Wed Liquid Intake Accountability

Can I chime in????  I finally got all of my water in.  In fact, I drank 74 oz. of water today.  Wooohooo... Drinking all of my fluids has always been the hardest for me to do (so far).  I bought a cheap $3.00 plastic sports jug and it is 2.2 liters which I, of course calculated to 74 ozs.  I have never drank very much ever so I am pretty excited.  Dr. B. was concerned that I will be in trouble if I didn't get my consumption up so I put my mind to it and placed a post-it note on my computer that says "drink" and I did just that.  I'm sure if anyone comes into my office, they are going to wonder what in the world I'm doing with the mega jug and the post-note on my computer . Take care and I hope someone does this again tomorrow.  It is very motivating for me. Kim
