Let's Shout Out Our Saturday Exercise!!!
Wow! Great!
I really need to get my fluid intake improved ... it's the hardest part for me. I guess I'm having a hard time keeping all my plates spinning in the air. (Remember the guys on the Ed Sullivan show that would start plates spinning atop tall sticks, one plate per stick, then keep adding more plates on more sticks and try to keep them all in the air? Well I'm feeling a little like that on keeping my diet, protein, exercise and fluid intake all in the right place.) ; )
Grocery shopping....pushing a cart with 30 pounds of hamburger, 5 cases of pop, two small boys, and other assorted groceries. Then carrying a cooler full of pop and watermelon from my truck to a camping site at the lake for my girlfriend's mom. Then take on top of that all this dang Oklahoma heat and humidity. That was a workout in itself.
I mowed several acres this morning ... riding mower, but still a workout in the heat! And, just finished 2 super fast miles with Laslie Sansone power walking on her Walk Slim *4 Really Big Miles* DVD. Man oh man, this one is much more intense than her last series. It is gonna take me a while to work up to her 4 miles!!! I can do the 3 mile walk in the Walk Away the Pounds series now, but only 2 on this series. Sheesh! : )
