This stuff made me feel my best: healing much faster
Ok, ok, weve all heard about the famous remedies and snake oil sellers of the past, but I wanted something that would make me feel better while recouping. I wasn't gonna mention it until I ran into someone else who used it and it made all of the difference to their healing process as well.
It's called Quercetin and it's wonderful. It's made from the stuff they can get off the peels of apples, onions, and all of that healthy stuff that most of us don't eat. It's also the same stuff that put Lance Armstrong back into feeling better after his ordeal with Cancer.
My personal experience is that my scars are nearly all healed, I feel awesome and not lethargic, and my drive to want to get out and do things has just exploded. I had heard from another person that this helped a lady keep her hair through massive wieghtloss as well.
So I found mine at the local Akin's dealer (healthfood store), but you can find them all over the web or maybe even at wild oats....so just my two cents for those who are looking for some easy help getting over the symptoms after WLS. Read wikipedia's description and come to your own opinions!
See ya!

I've only found it in pill form, so cru**** and mix it, and drink it. It's really amazing how much better I feel about 2 hours later. Normally nothing reacts with me and this is the first thing I've ever found that has that impact. I encourage everyone to google it, go look at the wiki stuff on it and just try it for yourself!
Later gaters...

I'm adding this to my list of things I might need when I get to that spot in my life!!! I'm anxious to hear what others think, but I honestly think that if you are doing that good on just basically water and this stuff....it should stay on my list! I read up on it and I am really impressed with what I have read....
I just read your post since I've been out of town for vacation. I plan to go up the street on my lunch hour and pick up some of this at Akins. I'm all over healthy stuff that makes me feel good...I already do but better is better...I am also almost 4 months out and so far no hair loss but I'm fully aware it can come any time now. Thanks for the information.
