Edmond walking group

In case anyone is interested, we'll be meeting at Mitch Park tomorrow morning, July 5, at 8AM.  We'll do the 2.8 mile loop but not at the speed of light since I'll be wearing my heart monitor and don't want to beep my way around the track! LOL! Janet and I will be there.  Hope to see some of you sweet people there!

I agree.  Janet wanted the earlier time and I was more than willing to do that.  I sweat like a pig the way it is anyway!  (now doesn't that paint a pretty picture?) Sorry about the beeping heart monitor.  Maybe it will slow me down so that I don't kill myself!  Ha!

I'll miss you guys! Put in some extra steps for me! LOL.  I'll definitely be there next Saturday. 8 is great for me too! Diana
