I wish my surgery was next week...it will be next month. I have 22lbs to lose really fast!!! If I can do that quick then it can be sooner but I have alot of work to do!  I think I cooked them at 350 for like 15 min or 20....they rise then get lightly brown. I just shake the pan and if they giggle....leave them in longer...Cooking is my hobby.(or was)  I may make some up and time them this time!!

My bad!  I got confused!  Don't worry - you will make it!  I had to lose 28 pounds and I thought it would be impossible but it was not too bad!  I was really ready to get the surgery done!

My breakfast consists most of the time of either pepperoni slices or the pre-cooked bacon and two pieces of pepperjack string cheese from Sagento's.  Every now and then I will cook an egg or just eat some cottage cheese.

I absolutely LOVE turkey pepperoni!  You get 17 of those little suckers for 70 calories.  What a bargain and so much flavor!  They're also good if you zap them in the micro for about 35 seconds.  They turn crunchy like a crispy little slice of heaven!

Every morning same ol same ol.....a protein bar.  I actually do not like variety for breakfast so it works for me.  My entire life breakfast has to be plain and small as I have a yucky tummy in the am.  Weird thing...my daughter is the same way!

What protein bar can you stand to actually eat every day?

I haven't check the nutr. facts since I have decided to do this, but there was a protein bar I loved. It is a Balance Bar. I love the yougert or peanut butter one without the nuts. The peanut butter one tastes like Peanut butter cookie dough! Odd thing is I'm not a peanut butter person normally. The one with nuts tastes like a snickers bar, but the other two are my favorites. The snickers tasting one has 13 g. protein. Carbs are 24,  Fat is 7. For my diabetes I could eat 1/2 a bar for a snack or the whole thing for a meal.  I still have a couple of those left, that is why I know the nutri facts.  I will have to research the ones I love again.  The best thing to do is go to Target or even Walmart and just buy individual ones and try. These are cheaper too than most. I noticed Sams has them also, but not the flavors I like.

Jess told me I could use Zone bars instead of the ones sold at WW. They are available at Walmart and Target and they are awesome! I have gotten several people hooked on them. My grandson comes running when he sees me with one!

I second that about the zone bars.  Jessica had me try them too and they are really good.
