I pass almost right by WW on my way home so I stopped off to see our newest loser.  Amy is doing great!  She hadn't been up to walk so as soon as I got over my horror and jealousy, Randy and I rousted her out and she did great!  Even wanted to know if she could walk faster!  Ha!  She has pain only when she moves and no nausea so she is another conquering woman!   (that sounded dumb but my creativity is leaving me!) She is a great gal and has a great hubby so I wish her the easiest of recoveries!

Horror and jealousy!!!!!  But, I am so glad she is doing well!  It's great there are those of you who live close by who visit our new post ops!  That was sweet! My hubby was on the road when I had my surgery and it was so sad to walk alone in the hallway most of the time.  I was so glad when my kids and mom came...or when I walked the hall with another post op!!!

Thomas!!! Oh my gawd!   Are you serious?  You were almost crawling sweetheart!!!  I told you several times if you went to the floor you were going alone!!!  And that was NOT a walk!  That was a couple trips to the bathroom!!  You got off easy for the first couple walks big guy!!   ROFLMAO... oops...I guess I should have saved that information to hold against you later huh??

Glad she is up and walking okay...I still remember I shocked the hell out of my nurses when I got up on my own at 3:30 am and was walking down the hall.  One nurse laughed and he said "What are you doing up?" I told him I was bored and needed someone to BS with and stood there talking to him and two female nurses at the nurses station for about 20 minutes or so.
